Directorate of Solid Waste Reuse and Recycling Centers Management:- To implement an integrated solid waste management system, creating an opportunity for the investors (recyclers) and associations to participate in reuse and recycling activities, making different jewelry and products from solid waste and creating market linkages. Generally, the directorate is responsible to change the waste into resources.

የደረቅ ቆሻሻ መልሶ መጠቀምና ኡደት ማዕከላት አስተዳደር ዳይሬክቶሬት፡- የተቀናጀ የደረቅ ቆሻሻ አስተዳደር ስርዓትን ለማስተግበር በከተማው የሚመነጨውን ደረቅ ቆሻሻን ለመልሶ መጠቀመና ኡደት አገልግሎት ለማዋል፣ ባለሀብቱንና ማህበራትን በመልሶ መጠቀምና ኡደት ማድረግ ላይ ማሳተፍ ፣ ከደረቅ ቆሻሻ የተለያዩ ጌጣጌጦችና ምርቶች እንዲመረቱ ማድረግ እና የገበያ ትስስር በመፍጠር ቆሻሻን ወደ ሀብት እንዲቀየር የሚሰራ የስራ ክፍል ነው፡፡
