የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ጽዳት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ የግንዛቤ ስርጸት ህብረተሰብ ተሳትፎ አካባቢ ንጽህና ክትትል ዳይሬክቶሬት በተቀናጀ የደረቅ ቆሻሻ አስተዳደር ፤ አካባቢ ንጽህና አያያዝ ላይ በተለያዩ መንገዶች የነዋሪውን ግንዛቤ በማሳደግ እና ነዋሪው በጉልበቱ እና በሀብቱ በዘርፉ በቀጥታ እንዲሳተፍ በማድረግ አካባቢ ንጽኅና እንዲጠበቅ ክትትል እና ድጋፍ የሚያደርግ ዳይሬክቶሬት ነው፡፡
